Potato use or not use

Do I put potato in or leave it out? Over the years I have used many different recipes for home made bread and have come to the conclusion that the ones that include them are just better. I have included eggs with and instead of and like the finished product better with. This is one thing that does not matter the type. If you like Trio powder use it if you have left over mashed put them in. When boiling them without the skins save the water and use it for the liquid. I have used buttery buds and several types of flakes and if I use the correct amount they all taste great. Therefor I recommend putting them in since they are the secret ingredient.In proper quantity they enhance the quality of the dough.
