What yeast to use

There are several brands of yeast that you can use. I use a dry variety that I buy in a two pound bag and store in my refrigerator in a plastic storage container. Most recently I have been using a variety that I got from my daughter since I ran out of the type that I generally use. It is little round balls that sink in the liquid and works just fine. If you are a fan of the cake or wet variety, it will work just as well, all you must do is use the amount that would equal two tablespoons full. The key here is to let it grow for around thirty minutes. It will grow in any liquid, but seems to do better if you add some type of sweetener (natural) and potatoes and flour. I suggest two or so cups of the liquid you are using, more on liquid later.
